1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available on the www.thebabyshoes.com website are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad [Europe and Asia] to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes an average of 9 to 20 business days after the product is shipped, depending on the location and the item being shipped. The product is processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation in our systems.
Orders placed and paid via bank slip take up to 3 business days for payment confirmation in our systems.
We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can track their order. This tracking code may take up to 10 business days to appear in the postal system, as the product is only tracked in the national territory once it enters the Brazilian customs.
In some cases, the aforementioned deadlines may be extended due to various reasons such as strikes, recesses, holidays, periods of high postal demand, and other reasons beyond our control.
TheBabyShoes guarantees the delivery of the order, and in case of loss, we take responsibility for refunding the customer the full amount paid for the product. All products are shipped with a tracking code and insurance that guarantees either the delivery of your order or a 100% refund of the payment.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If the product is not delivered within 90 days of shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the customer. Please note that we work with the postal insurance deadlines, and this period of 90 days may be changed at any time.
You may receive more than one package if you purchase 2 or more products from our store: our suppliers are different, and it is possible that one product arrives before the other, which is completely normal in this modality.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via postal service or another carrier, always providing a tracking code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress. We commit to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.
The tracking code of the order is provided within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
The tracking code may take up to 10 business days to start showing shipping information on the postal service’s website.

2.1. Care with Addressing Orders
We, at TheBabyShoes, will arrange the shipping of products to the address that the customer requests. Therefore, to avoid any delivery issues, we ask for attention when filling out the address where you want to receive your order.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts, and if no one is at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest postal service agency to the address, and in this case, the customer will need to pick it up at the postal agency within 7 calendar days. If the customer does not collect the package, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for the product to be resent.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the postal agency where the customer should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the postal service’s website using the provided tracking code.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.
In case the delivery is not made due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, there will be no right to a refund, and a new shipping fee of $5.00 (shipping cost + postal fee) will be required for the product to be resent.
2.4. Taxed and Charged Products
If any dispatch taxes or fees are charged, it will be TheBabyShoes’ responsibility. Rest assured, you only pay the amount listed on the product page on our website.
